Disney+ has today confirmed “Flintoff”, a new 90-minute Original documentary film featuring exclusive access to former international cricketer and broadcast presenter Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff, will premiere exclusively on Disney+ in the UK and Ireland on Friday 25th April.
The film - produced by South Shore - will look back at Flintoff's incredible life and cricketing career that saw him win two Ashes series with England and become a national sporting hero, whilst charting his life today and return to cricket following his life-altering car crash in 2022.
Award-winning director John Dower has been granted exclusive access to Freddie over the last year to film his recovery and document his cricketing career.
